Change Open, Close, and Cut-off Dates

Instructors can either leave the assignment open, or provide open/close dates.

From your course, select the module and assignment.
Click the Edit and then Edit settings.
Scroll down to Availability.

Here you can change your Open Date, Close Date, and Cut-off Date.
